  7. Cabbage – 1/4 head, shredded
  8. Fish sauce – 3 tablespoons

 Cook the rice noodles.

The rice noodles, or bihon, should be soaked in warm water for ten to fifteen minutes, or until they are tender. After draining, set aside.
