  • 1/4 cup jackfruit (optional, sliced)
  • 1 package spring roll wrappers
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (for caramelizing)

INSTRUCTIONS:

Prepare the Ingredients:

  • First of all, peel the saba bananas and cut them into thin pieces.
  • If using jackfruit, slice it into small pieces.

Assemble the Turon Triangulo:

  • On a flat clean surface, lay one spring roll wrapper.
  • Put a few banana slices and jackfruit pieces at the centre.
