Spicy Oriental Noodles

INGREDIENTS:

  • Rice or egg noodles: 200g package

Base

  • Vegetable oil: 2 tablespoons

Aromatics

  • Garlic (minced): 2 cloves
  • Ginger (minced): 1 tablespoon
  • Vinegar: 1 tablespoon

Vegetables

  • Carrot (shredded): 1
  • Cabbage (shredded): 1
  • Bell pepper: 1

Protein

  • Chicken, beef, or shrimp: To preference

Sauces

  • Oyster sauce: To taste
  • Soy sauce: To taste
  • Sesame oil: To taste

Seasoning

  • Salt: For taste

Garnish

  • Red chili flakes: To preference
  • Green onion (chopped): To preference

RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS:

Cook the noodles:

Firstly, boil the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain the extra water. Add one tablespoon of oil to the noodles and set them aside. 

Prepare the sauces:

 In a small box, mix the soy sauce, red chili flakes, chili sauce, oyster oil and sesame oil. 

Stir-fry the vegetables:

Add the noodles:

Add the cooked noodles to the pan, and toss everything together with vegetables and noodles.

Add the sauces:

Now add the sauces and cook for 2-3 minutes.
