INGREDIENTS:
Ingredient List
Noodles
- Rice or egg noodles: 200g package
Base
- Vegetable oil: 2 tablespoons
Aromatics
- Garlic (minced): 2 cloves
- Ginger (minced): 1 tablespoon
- Vinegar: 1 tablespoon
Vegetables
- Carrot (shredded): 1
- Cabbage (shredded): 1
- Bell pepper: 1
Protein
- Chicken, beef, or shrimp: To preference
Sauces
- Oyster sauce: To taste
- Soy sauce: To taste
- Sesame oil: To taste
Seasoning
- Salt: For taste
Garnish
- Red chili flakes: To preference
- Green onion (chopped): To preference
RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS:
Cook the noodles:
Firstly, boil the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain the extra water. Add one tablespoon of oil to the noodles and set them aside.
Prepare the sauces:
