INGREDIENTS:
- 500g fish fillets (tilapia, cod, or dory)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Oil (for frying)
- 1 red bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 green bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
