COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Cook the Pasta:
Put a pot with salted water to still boil. Put your spaghetti noodles in, and cook according to the package directions (should take about 8-10 minutes for al dente). Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Meat Sauce:
- In a large pan over medium heat add the olive oil. Combine the onions and saute for 3-4 minutes until soft.
- Mix in garlic and cook for one more minute till it becomes smelly.
- Add the beef (or pork) and spread it in pieces with a spoon. Cook until browned and no longer pink. If needed, remove any excess fat.
Add Tomatoes and Seasonings:
